A nice product: sturdy, well-made. I wonder if adding a hook (with which to hang it from the rack) would fix the bag more securely, and make it a little easier to attach the bag to the rack - but that's a minor issue. And obviously the fact you can switch between pannier bag and backpack is great - it was what I was looking for. I also like the slots for water bottles on either side, on the outside. They're tight, so very little chance of bottles falling out mid bike ride!
